President Barack Husein Obama has once again rejected Israel’s minimal demands for nuclear negotiations with Iran. Israel has withdrawn its pledge to not strike Iran’s nuclear sites before the November elections. Following talks with Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak was told that the president had made a personal decision that was not open to change. We are getting a lot of that lately.
The bible is plain that the Lord will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel. The United States has been pulling back from supporting Israel for decades, but never so much as under this current administration. Israel has been desperate not to lose one of the few friends it has in the world, so it has been taking our abuse. American citizens must stand up for Israel if we want to continue as followers of Jesus Christ, otherwise our hearts will continue to grow cold.
