The Supreme Court of the United States of America is hearing arguments regarding the Affordable Health Care Act more commonly known as Obama Care. It is widely held that the four justices appointed by democratic presidents have already decided in favor of Obama Care and the mandate that all Americans must purchase health insurance or be punished. The remaining five justices are less easy to predict as they consider if the federal government in fact has unlimited power over its citizens.
In the pages of scripture, it is clear that the Lord hates injustice and the judges that show partiality. By definition judges are to decide the matters that come before them according the laws that govern our nation with the constitution given the most weight. When judges compromise their decisions with ideology, freedom and liberty are lost. Obama Care is blatantly beyond the scope of congress’ authority and a violation of the US constitution.
