Catholic University is being pressured by outside forces to provide a place of worship free from images of Jesus and crucifixes for Muslim students. That’s right, at a privately owned and operated Christian university the worship of a foreign god is being demanded from a professor of another school. The students themselves understand that they choose to attend a catholic school where Jesus would be a part of the curriculum. Would anyone ask a Muslim school to put up a cross at their facility?
The bible tells us that lies and loss of freedom are part and parcel of the enemy’s goals. It should not surprise the aware Christian that this attack should come to a private college. We will continue to see freedoms attacked and Christians asked to compromise and allow every other worship to prevail. But it cannot continue. While America is the land of the free, we must not allow our faith to be compromised.
